EVENT: ARA Chicago to Host Panel at 1871 on Breaking Barriers: Lessons Learned from Trailblazing Women
Wednesday, December 10, 2014 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Technology is not the only industry facing a gender gap. As the breakdown of men to women in the labor force balances out at 50/50, women across diverse industries have broken down barriers, overcome obstacles, and risen to the top of their fields.
ARA Chicago's December event will showcase a panel discussion with leading women in traditionally male-dominated sectors like the culinary world, banking, sportscasting, and the military. The goal? A candid conversation to identify lessons that can help women, regardless of the career path they pursue, with time for audience engagement.
