ARA aspires to Attract, Retain, and Advance women in technology by cultivating and nurturing relationships via mentorship and events/programs. The goal is to help businesses increase the numbers and influence of women working in technology, while also helping women navigate IT career paths and challenges. Megan McCann is a proud co-founder and active member along with ClearEdge Marketing CEO Leslie Vickrey and McCann Partners Chief Growth Partner Jane Hamner.
i.c.stars is a Chicago-based non-profit organization formed in 1999 to develop 1,000 Community Leaders by 2020. Megan McCann previously served as a Board Member and continues to be an ambassador and volunteer.
Lumity is a nonprofit organization that provides access to Science, Technology, Engineering and Math (STEM) career readiness and connects nonprofits to vital resources. Megan McCann is a volunteer and program advocate.

Make-A-Wish® offers a joyous, life-changing experience for nearly 1,200 children in Illinois who are diagnosed with a life-threatening medical condition each year. Megan McCann is a founding member of both the Associate Board and the Women’s Network and continues her volunteer service today.
