Job Overview:
Global Command Center (GCC) SRE Analyst II to strengthen the reliability, resilience, and performance of our global systems. This role blends real-time operations monitoring with automation, incident response, and continuous improvement, ensuring business-critical services run securely and efficiently.
The U.S. base salary range for this position upon conversion is $100K to $110K + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. In this role, you will:
- Monitor and maintain availability across cloud and on-prem platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Respond to incidents, coordinate resolution, and reduce MTTR through automation and proactive detection.
- Build scripts, tools, and dashboards to streamline monitoring and operations.
- Partner with SRE, infrastructure, and cybersecurity teams to improve reliability and resilience.
- Provide clear, timely updates to technical and business stakeholders during critical events.
For this role, you will need:
- 2–5 years of experience in SRE, operations, or command center roles.
- Hands-on with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong scripting/automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
- Knowledge of incident management frameworks (ITIL a plus)
- Problem-solver with strong communication skills, able to work in high-pressure environments.
