One of the many reasons I invited CIO Edward Wagoner to participate in our #4TechDiversity series is his stats. The world loves good numbers and, when it comes to diversity numbers, he and his talented IT team have some impressive ones to share. Consider the fact that 40% his JLL IT team members are from minority groups and 55% of his staff are women. When it comes to IT team leaders, 52% are women. For Edward and JLL, those numbers are just one example of the many ways they are succeeding at building a world-class IT team able to solve challenges through diverse thinking and ideas.
